Haelsoft Marketplace is a digital commerce and learning platform designed to connect creators, educators, digital entrepreneurs, customers, and learners.

The platform provides features that may allow creators to publish digital products, establish storefronts, offer courses, and manage eligible commercial activities.

Customers may discover, purchase, and access eligible digital products and learning experiences.

You must meet the applicable legal and platform eligibility requirements to create an account and use Haelsoft Marketplace.

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and maintain the accuracy of your account information.

The platform may restrict access where required by law, payment provider requirements, or platform policies.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account.

You must notify the platform if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not impersonate another person, create fraudulent accounts, or use the platform for unauthorized activities.

Creators are responsible for:

• Ensuring they have the rights to sell their products.
• Providing accurate product descriptions.
• Providing appropriate product files and content.
• Setting accurate product prices.
• Complying with applicable laws.
• Respecting intellectual property rights.
• Responding appropriately to customer issues.
• Complying with platform policies.

Creators must not upload or sell prohibited, infringing, deceptive, or unlawful content.

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate account information.
• Use the platform lawfully.
• Respect creator intellectual property.
• Avoid unauthorized redistribution of purchased products.
• Avoid fraudulent or abusive activity.
• Comply with applicable product and course terms.

Products and courses are provided by creators and educators.

The platform may provide tools for product discovery, publishing, purchase, access, and delivery.

Product availability, features, access conditions, and delivery methods may vary.

Creators are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their content.

Creator registration is free unless otherwise stated.

The standard platform commission is 10% of eligible sales.

Qualifying Founding Creators may receive a 7.5% platform commission for six months, subject to programme terms.

Payment processing fees are separate and are borne by creators at the actual provider rate.

The platform may update pricing or promotional terms subject to applicable notice and contractual requirements.

Payment processing and creator payouts depend on supported providers, countries, currencies, verification requirements, and applicable platform policies.

Creators must provide accurate payout information and complete any required verification.

Payout timing and eligibility are subject to the applicable payout policy.

Refunds, cancellations, disputes, and chargebacks are handled according to the platform's applicable policies and legal obligations.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Creators retain ownership of their content, subject to the rights and licences granted to the platform to operate and promote the relevant services.

Users may not copy, redistribute, resell, or otherwise exploit content without the necessary rights or permission.

Users must not:

• Sell unlawful or infringing content.
• Upload malicious files.
• Misrepresent products.
• Engage in fraud.
• Manipulate reviews or transactions.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Interfere with platform operations.
• Violate applicable laws or platform policies.

The platform may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts in accordance with applicable law and platform policies where there is suspected fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or material breach of these Terms.

Where appropriate, users may be given an opportunity to respond or resolve the issue.

The platform may experience maintenance, interruptions, or changes.

The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the platform's liability is limited in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

The platform will provide appropriate notice of material changes where required.
