01Purpose
These Creator Terms apply to users who publish, sell, or offer digital products and learning experiences through Haelsoft Marketplace.
They supplement the platform's general Terms of Service.
02Creator Account
Creators must provide accurate information and maintain their account details.
Creators are responsible for activities conducted through their accounts.
03Ownership and Rights
Creators must own or have the necessary rights, permissions, and licences to publish and sell their content.
Creators must not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable law.
04Product Accuracy
Creators must provide accurate product information, including:
- Product title.
- Product description.
- Product category.
- Product files.
- Product pricing.
- Product access conditions.
- Course information, where applicable.
Creators must not use deceptive claims or misleading product descriptions.
05Product Eligibility
Products must comply with platform policies.
The platform may restrict product categories or remove content that is unlawful, unsafe, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited.
06Platform Commission
The standard platform commission is 10% of eligible sales.
Qualifying Founding Creators may receive a 7.5% platform commission for six months, subject to programme eligibility and terms.
07Payment Processing Fees
Payment processing fees are separate from the platform commission and are borne by creators at the actual provider rate.
08Earnings and Payouts
Creator earnings, payout eligibility, and payout timing are subject to the platform's financial and payout policies.
Creators must provide accurate payout information and complete any required verification.
09Refunds and Customer Issues
Creators must comply with the platform's refund policy and applicable consumer protection requirements.
Creators may be required to provide information or assistance when customer issues, disputes, or chargebacks arise.
10Content Licence
Creators retain ownership of their content.
By publishing content, creators grant Haelsoft Marketplace the limited rights necessary to host, display, distribute, promote, and make the content available through the platform according to the creator's selected settings and applicable terms.
11Account Restrictions
The platform may restrict, suspend, or remove creator content or accounts where necessary to address unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, infringement, or material policy violations.
12Changes
These Creator Terms may be updated from time to time, subject to applicable notice requirements.
